Local Unit President
Serving as a president of a local PTA unit includes the responsibility to lead the PTA/PTSA toward specific goals approved by its members. The goals must be consistent with the Objects and Mission of the PTA and voted on by the general membership.
As a Local unit President your job can be the easiest or most difficult job in the orgainzation. for this reason it is critical that the other members of your board must know what the expectations are for their position.
